No complaints really on this fair, except that you may be old and grey before securing your space as one of the THREE HUNDRED food vendors. This article boasts a wait list of 576, meaning people are dying to get in. They claim the average vendor makes $55K gross, but with 300 vendors I am curious if that means everyone. How long have you been waiting? Twenty years may be a bit too much, I would think you should be retired from food vending by then. I guess if the addage is right, good things come to those who wait…or does it?
